In a big pond lived many goldfish.
One sunny day, the goldfish decided to have a race.
“I can swim the fastest!” said Finn, the goldfish.
“No, I am the fastest!” said Shine, his friend.
Their other friends, Bubbles and Flash, joined too.
“Ready, set, go!” shouted Bubbles.
All the goldfish swam with all their might.
Finn splashed water with his fins.
Shine wiggled his tiny tail quickly.
Bubbles and Flash cheered as they swam.
The crowd of small fish watched with excitement.

Finn was in the lead at first.
“Look, I am winning!” shouted Finn.
But Shine caught up to him.
“Not so fast, Finn,” said Shine with a smile.
The race was neck and neck.
They swam past Pebble Rock and Seaweed Lane.

Suddenly, Finn got tired and slowed down.
“He is slowing down,” said Flash.
Shine saw Finn was tired.
“We can finish together,” said Shine kindly.
Finn nodded, smiling back at Shine.
They held fins and swam together to the end.

The crowd of small fish clapped and cheered.
“That was the best race ever,” said Flash.
“Good job, everyone,” said Bubbles.
“We all won today,” said Finn, happy.
“Yes, we did!” said Shine.
“Let’s always be kind and share,” said Flash.
They laughed and swam around, feeling proud.
The end.
