One sunny day, Lily and her little brother Max found a sparkling garden.
“Wow, look at this!” Max shouted, pointing to shiny crystals.
“Let’s explore!” Lily said with excitement.
Stepping into the garden, they saw colorful crystals everywhere.
Some looked like flowers, and some like little trees.
The garden belonged to Mr. Whiskers, the old and kind cat who lived nearby.
“Mr. Whiskers always talks about his magical garden,” Lily said.
“Do you think it’s really magic?” Max asked, his eyes wide.
“Let’s find out!” Lily replied, holding Max’s hand.
They wandered deeper into the garden, looking around with wonder.
“Lily, look! There’s a glowing rock,” Max said, running to it.
As he touched the rock, it began to shine brighter.
Suddenly, butterflies made of light flew around them.
“Did you see that?” Lily asked, astonished.
“Yes!” Max clapped his hands. “Maybe the garden is magic!”
Mr. Whiskers appeared, smiling warmly at the children.
“Hello, little adventurers,” he purred. “Enjoying the Crystal Garden?”
“Is it really magic?” Max asked, tugging on Mr. Whiskers’ tail.
“Indeed it is,” Mr. Whiskers nodded. “Only those with kind hearts can see its magic.”
Lily and Max looked at each other and smiled.
“Can we stay here forever?” Lily asked.
Mr. Whiskers chuckled and shook his head.
“Sorry, little one. It’s important to share this magic with others.”
“But what happens if we come back?” Max asked.
“The magic will always welcome you,” Mr. Whiskers assured them.
A sudden gust of wind made the crystals glow even brighter.
After a magical afternoon, Lily and Max felt it was time to go home.
“Thank you, Mr. Whiskers, for showing us the Crystal Garden,” Lily said.
“You’re always welcome, my dear,” Mr. Whiskers replied.
“Let’s tell Mom and Dad!” Max suggested, running ahead.
“Goodbye, Mr. Whiskers!” Lily waved as they left the garden.
“Goodbye, kind hearts,” Mr. Whiskers called out softly.
