Teddy woke up alone one day.
“Where is Tim?” Teddy wondered.
Tim was Teddy’s best friend.
They played together every day.
Teddy looked under the bed.
But Tim was not there.
Teddy checked the closet next.
Still, Tim was not there.
“I must find Tim,” said Teddy.
He went outside to look.
Teddy saw a bird.
“Have you seen Tim?” asked Teddy.
The bird chirped and said, “No.”
Teddy saw a puppy.
“Have you seen Tim?” asked Teddy.
“No, I haven’t,” said Puppy.
Then Teddy saw a bright light.
The bright light was Tim!
Tim was holding a flashlight.
“Teddy, I found you!” said Tim.
Teddy felt happy and safe.
“I will never lose you again,” said Tim.
Teddy smiled and hugged Tim.
