“Look, look,” said Squirrel.
“What’s that over there?”
Jumping from tree to tree, Squirrel was on a quest.
“Let’s see what we can find,” Squirrel chirped.
Squirrel lived in a big, green forest.
Every day was an adventure.
Sometimes Squirrel saw birds.
Sometimes Squirrel saw frogs.
He loved his forest friends.
One sunny day, Squirrel found a shiny acorn.
“Oh, look! A treasure,” he said.
He picked it up with his tiny paws.
Then, Squirrel spotted a red leaf.
“What a pretty leaf!” he giggled.
Squirrel wanted to show his friend, Bird.
“Bird, come see my treasures!” Squirrel called.
Bird flew down and looked.
“Wow, an acorn and a leaf!” Bird cheered.
“You found wonderful things!”
Squirrel was happy.
His heart was full.
“Let’s play again tomorrow,” he said.
“Yes, yes,” Bird chirped.
