Little Bird looked at the sky.
The wind blew gently.
“Why are you sad?” asked Squirrel.
“I am scared to fly,” said Little Bird.
“You can do it!” cheered Squirrel.
It was time to fly south.
All the birds were ready.
Little Bird wanted to fly too.
“Will you help me?” asked Little Bird.
“Of course!” said Squirrel.

Little Bird flapped its wings.
Up, up it went.
“I am flying!” chirped Little Bird.
“Good job!” called Squirrel.
Little Bird felt strong.

A gust of wind came.
Little Bird wobbled in air.
“I am scared!” yelled Little Bird.
“Stay calm!” advised Squirrel.
Little Bird took a deep breath.
“I can do it!” It said.

The wind calmed down.
Little Bird flew straight.
“Well done!” said Squirrel.
“Thank you, friend,” said Little Bird.
Little Bird flew south happily.
It knew it was brave.
The end.
