One sunny morning, Ravi and Mia spotted something strange in the park.
“Look, Ravi!” Mia pointed above their heads.
A tree floated gently in the sky. It had leaves that shimmered.
“Wow,” said Ravi. “I never saw a flying tree before!”
They ran closer to get a better look.
Ravi and Mia were best friends from school.
Every afternoon, they played in Greenleaf Park.
The park had swings, slides, and a big sandbox.
But today, the floating tree caught all their attention.
“Where do you think it came from?” Mia wondered.
“Maybe it’s a magic tree,” Ravi guessed, eyes wide with excitement.

Ravi noticed a swing attached to the tree.
“Mia, let’s try the swing!” he suggested.
They climbed up a low-hanging branch.
“Hold on tight,” Mia giggled, climbing behind him.
The tree swayed gently as they took their seats.
Suddenly, leaves rustled! The tree began to rise higher.
“Whoa! We’re flying!” Mia cheered, holding Ravi’s hand.
Higher and higher they went, above the park and the trees.

“Ravi, look at all these clouds!” said Mia in wonder.
“We’re in the sky!” Ravi replied, feeling a breeze.
They giggled as a small robin flew by, chirping a happy tune.
“Hello, little bird!” Mia waved, making the robin chirp louder.
“Do you think we can go anywhere with this tree?” asked Ravi.
Mia peeked over the side. Beneath them, the town looked like toys!
“Anywhere,” agreed Mia, her eyes dancing with adventure.
Just then, the tree began to gently drift down.

The floating tree landed softly on top of a grassy hill.
Ravi hopped off and helped Mia down.
“That was amazing,” said Ravi, brushing off his pants.
“I wish we could do it again!” Mia exclaimed.
Just as she spoke, the tree started to rise again.
“Let’s come back tomorrow,” Ravi promised, giving the tree a pat.
Mia nodded. “We have a new friend—our magic tree.”
As they ran towards home, the tree floated back into the sky.
“The end,” they whispered together, laughing.
The end.
