Lily and Max found a hidden path.
“What’s this?” asked Lily.
“It’s a secret way!” said Max.
They stepped onto the path.
The path was hidden behind big trees.
They had never seen it before.
Max heard a bird chirp.
Lily saw a butterfly.
“Let’s go down the path,” Max said.
“I wonder where it leads,” Lily replied.
They walked hand in hand.
The sun peeked through the trees.
Closer and closer, they walked together.
Suddenly, they found a small door.
“Should we open it?” Lily whispered.
“Yes, let’s see!” Max said.
They pushed the door, and it opened.
There was a bright, colorful garden inside.
“So many flowers!” Lily shouted.
“And look, fairies!” Max exclaimed.
The fairies danced around them.
“This is magic,” Lily said.
“Yes, a special place,” Max replied.
“We can visit again,” said Lily.
“Yes, our secret path,” Max smiled.
They skipped back home, holding hands.
