Penguin waddled around the ice.
“I want to have a party!” said Penguin.
His friends, Seal and Whale, swam nearby.
“Can we help?” asked Seal.
“Of course!” Penguin replied.
“We need to make ice treats,” said Penguin.
“Oh, fun!” said Whale.
Penguin loved parties and ice.
His home was all ice and snow.
“Do you know why some ice melts?” asked Penguin.
“What happens when it’s warm?” Seal wondered.
“Let’s find out!” said Penguin.
They all gathered some ice cubes.

Penguin, Seal, and Whale put the ice in the sun.
“Look, the ice is melting!” said Penguin.
“It turned into water!” said Whale.
Penguin clapped his flippers.
“Now let’s put it in the cold,” said Penguin.
They moved the water to the shade.
“It’s ice again!” shouted Seal.
“Cold makes it hard!” said Penguin.

“Now let’s make icy treats,” said Penguin.
They mixed juice with ice.
“Cranberry ice pops!” said Seal.
“This is so fun!” said Whale.
Penguin smiled and danced.
“Time for the party!” Penguin said.

Friends arrived and saw the ice treats.
“Wow, these are yummy!” cheered Polar Bear.
“We learned about ice and water!” said Penguin.
Everyone danced and played on the ice.
They ate their icy treats with glee.
It was the perfect ice party.
The end.
