One sunny morning, Lilly heard a shimmering sound from her backyard.
She ran outside and saw a unicorn with a golden mane.
“Wow, a unicorn!” Lilly shouted.
The unicorn smiled and said, “Hello, Lilly! I am Goldy.”
Lilly’s eyes sparkled with excitement.
She had always wished to meet a unicorn.
“Do you grant wishes, Goldy?” Lilly asked.
Goldy nodded, “Yes, I do. I can take you on magical journeys too.”

Lilly thought for a moment and said, “I wish to fly like a bird.”
Goldy tapped his golden horn and said, “Your wish is my command.”
Suddenly, Lilly felt wings growing on her back.
“Look, I can fly!” Lilly exclaimed.
They flew over mountains and forests, laughing all the way.
“Where are we going next?” Lilly asked.
Goldy whispered, “We are heading to Rainbow Land.”

In Rainbow Land, colors danced and sparkled everywhere.
“Lilly, do you want to slide down a rainbow?” Goldy asked.
“Yes, please!” Lilly said, her eyes wide open.
They slid down a huge rainbow, giggling with joy.
Suddenly, they heard someone crying. It was a little fairy.
“Why are you sad?” Lilly asked the fairy.
“My fairy dust is gone,” said the fairy, with tears in her eyes.
Goldy used his golden horn to create fairy dust.
“Thank you so much!” the fairy said, flying happily again.

Lilly and Goldy waved goodbye to the grateful fairy.
“Do you want to go home now?” Goldy asked.
Lilly nodded, feeling happy but tired.
They flew back to Lilly’s backyard and she hugged Goldy.
“Thank you, Goldy. I had the best time ever!” she said.
“Whenever you need me, just wish for me,” Goldy said.
With a final twinkle of his horn, Goldy disappeared.
Lilly smiled, knowing she had made a magical friend.
