Frog woke up early one sunny morning.
He was very excited.
“Today is the jumping contest!” Frog said.
“I’ve been waiting all week!”
Frog hopped out to the meadow.
There he saw his friends.
Rabbit, Turtle, and Cricket were all ready to jump.
“Hello, friends!” Frog called.
“Are you ready to jump?”
Frog loved to jump.
He jumped every day.
Frog could jump very high.
Sometimes, he would try to touch the sky.
Rabbit, Turtle, and Cricket liked jumping too.
They often had small contests.
But today was the big contest in the meadow.

“Let’s start the contest!” said Rabbit.
“Who will jump first?”
“I will!” said Cricket.
Cricket jumped and landed near a big rock.
“Great job, Cricket!” said Turtle.
Turtle was next.
He tried his best and jumped to a small bush.
“Well done, Turtle!” said Rabbit.
Then Rabbit took a big hop and landed far away.
“Wow, Rabbit!” said Frog.
“You are so fast!”

Now, it was Frog’s turn.
Frog took a deep breath.
He jumped really high and far.
He felt like he was flying.
Frog landed next to Rabbit.
“Look, Frog jumped far too!” said Cricket.
All the friends cheered for each other.
They hugged and laughed.
“Great job, everyone!” said Rabbit.
We all did our best.”

Then, they decided to play a new game.
“Let’s play tag!” said Turtle.
“Yeah, tag is fun!” Frog agreed.
They ran and laughed together.
It was the best day ever.
They learned that having fun was most important.
Friends cheered everyone up, and they felt happy.
The end.
