Lily and Jack decided to explore the Enchanted Forest.
“Do you think we’ll find the hidden treasure?” asked Jack.
“I hope so!” replied Lily with a smile.
They had heard many stories about the forest maze.

The Enchanted Forest was magical.
Trees could talk and flowers could sing.
But, the most exciting part was the maze.
Legend said it had hidden treasures inside.

“Look, Jack! There’s the entrance to the maze!” exclaimed Lily.
They stood before a big arch covered with ivy.
“Ready?” asked Jack, holding out his hand.
“Ready!” Lily giggled and grabbed his hand.
They stepped into the maze and began their adventure.
“Which way?” asked Jack, looking at the forked path.
“Right!” said Lily confidently.
They walked through twisty paths and tall hedges.
“Listen!” said Jack suddenly, hearing soft humming.
“It’s the singing flowers!” whispered Lily.
The flowers sang a gentle song as they passed by.
“This place is amazing,” said Jack.
“Yes, but we have to find the treasure,” Lily reminded him.

Suddenly, they hit a dead end.
“Oh no, we are lost!” cried Jack.
“Wait, look at that tree,” said Lily, pointing.
The tree had glowing red leaves and a smiling face.
“Can you help us?” asked Lily.
“Sure! The treasure is behind the waterfall,” said the tree.
“Thank you!” said Jack.
They retraced their steps and found the sound of rushing water.
“There it is!” shouted Lily. “The waterfall!”
Carefully, they walked around the waterfall.
They found a hidden cave behind it.

In the cave, there was a sparkling chest.
“We found it!” said Jack, opening the chest.
Inside were shiny jewels and golden coins.
“We really did it,” said Lily, hugging Jack.
“We are treasure hunters now!” laughed Jack.
They decided to head back to tell their friends.
As they walked out of the maze, the flowers sang a happy song.
“Goodbye, Enchanted Forest!” shouted Lily.
“Until next time!” added Jack.
They could not wait to come back.
