Little Raccoon ran through the forest. He was looking for his friends. He heard a noise near the big tree. “What’s that sound?” asked Little Raccoon. “Help! Help!” cried Squirrel. Little Raccoon rushed to Squirrel.
The forest was their home. They played there every day. Squirrel was stuck on a high branch. “It’s too high!” said Squirrel. Little Raccoon looked up. His heart beat fast. He wanted to help.

“You can do it, Raccoon,” cheered Bunny. Little Raccoon took a deep breath. He started to climb the tree. “Be careful!” said Bird. Little Raccoon climbed higher. He reached Squirrel at last. “Don’t worry, Squirrel,” said Little Raccoon.

Little Raccoon helped Squirrel down. “Hold on tight,” he said. Squirrel held Little Raccoon. “You’re so brave,” said Squirrel. They climbed down, step by step. Everyone cheered for Little Raccoon. “You did it!” said Bunny.

“Thank you, friends,” said Little Raccoon. “It feels good to help.” “You are our hero,” said Bird. Little Raccoon smiled wide. They all hugged him. Then they played and laughed. The forest was safe and happy. The end.
